The Trussell Trust are continually monitoring the situation and updating us as necessary.
If you are unable to obtain a paper voucher due to closure of the referring agency please contact them by telephone and if they can confirm you are in short-term financial crisis they will send your details directly to us. All referring agencies are aware of how we will be operating during this time.
We will be unable to offer any refreshments during this period.
Only one person per voucher will be admitted into the centre to collect your parcel in order to minimise contact. We will limit the number of people in the centre at any one time so please be patient.
We respectfully ask anyone showing signs of COVID-19 or if you have had close contact with anyone who has shown signs not to visit. A representative/friend/family member can collect your food parcel on your behalf. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery.
